An Agritourism or as they also known farm stay, is any land based farm or business that is open to the public. These specialized farms generally offer things to see, things to do, and produce or gifts to buy, and are open to the public at least some parts of the year. Some are open 365 days, some only open for a few weekends in the fall. All offer a unique farm experience and are generally appealing to all members in a family.

Colli Piacentini, Ortrugo- Piacenza in Emilia Romagna
Ottenuto dalle uve dell'omonimo vitigno per almeno il 90% e da altre uve di analogo colore raccomandate o autorizzate nella provincia di Piacenza, con l'esclusione di quelle aromatiche, l'Ortrugo presenta una produzione massima di uva di 12 tonnellate per ettaro ed una resa in vino massima del 70%. Di colore giallo paglierino chiaro tendente al verdognolo, profumo delicato e caratteristico, sapore secco o abboccato, retrogusto amarognolo, tranquillo o vivace.
La gradazione alcolica complessiva minima è di 11°C.Sono previste le tipologie "frizzante" e "spumante". Sia spumante che frizzante è ottimo come aperitivo e si abbina bene con antipasti, ma anche con carni bianche, pesce, minestre in brodo e formaggi non molto saporiti. Da servire ad una temperatura di circa 10°C.
