An Agritourism or as they also known farm stay, is any land based farm or business that is open to the public. These specialized farms generally offer things to see, things to do, and produce or gifts to buy, and are open to the public at least some parts of the year. Some are open 365 days, some only open for a few weekends in the fall. All offer a unique farm experience and are generally appealing to all members in a family.

Piacenza in Emilia Romagna - Piazza del Duomo
Fu creata, nel suo assetto attuale, a metà del Cinquecento, sotto il papato (1534-1549) di Papa Paolo III Farnese, che voleva ammodernare la città in vista dell'assegnazione dei ducati di Parma e Piacenza al figlio Pier Luigi. Al centro della piazza è innalzata una colonna, proveniente da Palazzo Farnese, che regge una Madonnina sotto cui giace, a circa tre metri di profondità, un mosaico tardo-romano rinvenuto negli scavi del 1859. Nella piazza si ergono il Duomo e il Palazzo Vescovile.
